The Regent, Arlington, Va.

Completed in January of 2007, Chesapeake Electrical Systems, Inc. was the electrical sub-contractor to Glen Construction (www.glencon.com) on the Regent project located in Arlington, Va. This twelve story LEED Green building offers 249,000 SF of office space with 16,000 SF of retail space at grade. The parking deck includes 417 below-grade spaces. The electrical systems consists of a 6000A, 480V Main and a 1200A, 480V service for the retail tenants. It also includes two 2500A Bus System Risers and an emergency generator.
