Monument III, Herndon, Va.

Completed in January of 2007, Chesapeake Electrical Systems, Inc. was awarded the electrical subcontract for the Monument III project in Herndon, Va. James G. Davis Construction Corporation (http://www.davisconstruction.com) was the general contractor on this seven story (191,200-SF) office building. The project included a six story (204,300-SF) parking facility.
