Bowie Corporate Center is a 132,000 square foot, five story office building in Bowie, MD. This building was built to the standards of, and has been certified as, a Silver Certified LEED building. Special care was taken throughout the project for recycling of waste materials. The building incorporates the latest in energy saving lighting and controls. The electrical backbone of the building consists of a 2000 Amp service, generator, fire alarm system and a buss duct system for branch panelboards on each floor. The entire building utilizes raised flooring for under floor power and communications.
