CES worked as the electrical subcontractor to Glen Construction on this 12-story, LEED-certified “green” building in Arlington, completed in early 2007. The building features 249,000 square feet of office space, with 16,000 square feet of retail space at grade; additionally, the parking deck includes 417 below-grade spaces. The electrical system consists of a 6000A, 480V Main and a 1200A, 480V service for the retail tenants. It also includes two 2500A Bus System Risers and an emergency generator.
