Chesapeake Electrical Systems, Inc. was awarded the electrical subcontract for the Monument III project in Herndon, Va. James G. Davis Construction Corporation was the general contractor on this seven story (191,200-SF) office building. The project included a six-story, 204,300-square-foot parking facility and was completed in January of 2007.
