The WMATA Bus 1 Project encompassed the replacement of numerous systems including Electrical, Fire & Life Safety, Communication and Control Systems at six (6) WMATA Bus Maintenance Facilities and the addition of an integrated energy and maintenance monitoring system (SCADA) in several of the facilities.

The 2121 K Street project consisted of the renovation of the existing 235,000 square foot base building, and the addition of three stories. CES worked as a subcontractor to James G. Davis Construction, handling the renovation of the existing elevator lobbies, adding façade lighting, and outfitting the new fitness center.
